We ship via express courier, Canada Post and Fedex – all fully insured, tracked and signed.
We make sure you get your product, and that means your orders are always shipped with reputable global carriers and always include tracking, signature and insurance. Get a rate quote by adding product to your cart, then going to the cart page.

All orders placed with Miss tobacco are shipped fully insured by FedEx or with the Canada Post and ICS Delivery. Based on location. For large orders or orders being shipped to commercial residences, customers may request shipment via Brinks at an additional cost. All shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Customers may also ship orders to courier pickup locations, where your signature will be required upon pick up. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged shipments if you have instructed your package to be left without a signature, or if you have made arrangements for your package to be left with a neighbour, building superintendent or other party.

*Please note; once the shipment is signed for at the customers’ listed shipping address, the package will then be considered fully delivered and is no longer the responsibility of miss tobacco.

miss tobacco will not ship any order to a Post Office Box. Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Your order will be processed and shipped typically within 1-2 business days of your payment being cleared by miss tobacco.

Please note – our shipping department does not ship orders on Fridays to avoid packages sitting in courier warehouses over weekends and/or holidays

Order Processing

We generally process orders within 24 hours. However this can take up to 1- 2 business days depending on high order volumes and holidays.

Shipping to Canada

Orders are shipped via Canpar Express and Canada Post, ICS Delivery from our facility in Toronto, Ontario.

Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to increased demand from Canada Post and Canpar Express. This is out of our control and apologize for any delays you may experience.

Orders are shipped via USPS.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT I CAN ORDER?
There is no minimum order quantity on Misstobacco.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM AMOUNT I CAN ORDER?

In order to ensure the end consumer has been properly age-verified and products are not purchased for resale, there is a maximum order limit of 300 cans (units) of product per customer.

NOTE: “On!” brand products are limited to 250 cans per order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

The processing time is around 24-48 hours and our warehouse is operating Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). However, if you place your order late on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

How long it will take to get your delivery after this will depend on the shipping method you choose.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on where the order is being shipped to and the type of shipping you choose.

Orders over $45 qualify for free standard shipping (note: this does not include orders that contain tobacco products).
